Your Coworkers page is where you request ratings from coworkers and recognize them, all in one place.
Your coworker cards
Each card is a verified coworker. Tap a card to open that person's window. It has two tabs: Request, to ask them for a rating, and Recognize, to rate them yourself. Switch between the tabs at the top of the window. The window opens on the tab you used last.
After you act, the card shows Requested, Recognized, or both.
How we find your coworkers
WorkScore analyzes more than 200 million work experiences to identify your network of coworkers: everyone whose time at a company overlapped with yours. Our coworker suggestion algorithm then looks at how similar your job titles are, how long you overlapped, how recently you worked together, where you were based, and other details. The people you most likely worked closely with appear first.
Anyone who has sent you a rating request appears at the very top, marked Sent you a rating request.
Your progress
The top of the page tracks three things:
- Requests sent, toward a goal of 20
- Ratings received, with milestones at 5 ratings (Sharing) and 10 ratings (Highly credible)
- Coworkers recognized. Tap it to see what recognizing unlocks: sharing at 5, a custom URL at 10, and Rankings at 25 and Benchmarks at 50, both coming soon
Sharing your WorkScore needs both: 5 ratings received and 5 coworkers recognized. See How do I share my WorkScore?
On a phone, your progress shows as a bar at the top of the page. Tap it to see the full details.
Skip and Haven't Worked Together
Skip moves a coworker further down the page. For a coworker who sent you a request, you can also choose Haven't Worked Together if you overlapped but didn't work closely. Their card leaves your page right away, and they're never told. You can still find them by searching their name.
Looking for someone specific?
Search by first and last name, or filter by company, to find any verified coworker. If they aren't on WorkScore yet, use the Invite button at the top of the page to send them your personal link.
