Recognizing a coworker takes just a few seconds.
How it works
On your Coworkers page, find the coworker, either from your suggestions or by searching by name. Tap their card and open the Recognize tab. You'll be asked how likely you are, based on their performance, to recommend them to a hiring manager. Select a score from 0 to 10. On a phone, tap your score and then confirm it. That's it.
Their card then shows Recognized. If you gave them an 8, 9 or 10 and haven't asked them for a rating yet, the window moves to Request so you can ask them too. Sending it is up to you.
Your rating is anonymous
The coworker you recognize never sees who you are. See Are ratings really anonymous?
Not ready to recognize someone?
Tap Skip. That person moves further down your Coworkers page. If you change your mind, you can still find them by scrolling or searching their name.
What you're rating
Ratings reflect overall professional performance: how you'd assess this person based on your direct experience working with them. Be honest. The value of WorkScore depends on ratings that reflect genuine firsthand experience.
What about coworkers not on WorkScore?
Use the Invite button at the top of the page to get a personal link you can send them directly.
Coming soon
In addition to overall performance, WorkScore will introduce ratings for specific professional competencies over time, giving your score more depth and nuance.
