Editing a rating
Yes — you can update a rating you've previously submitted. Go to your Activity, find the rating, and update your score. Your revised rating replaces the original.
Retracting a rating
Ratings can't be deleted. If you submitted a rating you'd like to revisit, editing it is the only option.
A note on accuracy
WorkScore is built on genuine firsthand experience. Before rating a coworker, make sure it's someone you actually worked with closely enough to have a real opinion of. If you're not sure, skip them — you can always come back.
