WorkScore gives recruiters and hiring managers something that’s been missing from the hiring process — verified performance data on candidates, backed by the people who actually worked with them.
Accessing a candidate’s WorkScore
When a candidate shares their WorkScore link with you, you can immediately view their WorkScore, average rating, number of ratings, and the work experience their score is based on. No account required — the link works for anyone.
The work experience included confirms which roles and companies shaped the candidate’s score — so you can assess its relevance to the role you’re hiring for.
When to use it
WorkScore is most valuable at the top of the funnel — before interviews, when you’re deciding which candidates to move forward. A verified performance signal at that stage means better conversations and more informed decisions before you’ve invested time on either side.
Recruiter partnerships
We are currently testing partnerships with select recruiting firms to integrate WorkScore into their candidate evaluation process. If you’re interested in learning more about how WorkScore can work at scale for your team, reach out to us at recruiters@workscore.com.
