How to deactivate
- From your My WorkScore page, tap Share
- Below your custom URL, tap Deactivate custom URL
- Confirm the deactivation when prompted
What happens after deactivation
Anyone who tries to visit your custom URL will see a page letting them know the link is no longer active. Your standard URL remains fully active — you can continue sharing your WorkScore using that link at any time.
How to reactivate
If you change your mind, you can reactivate your custom URL from the same Share page. Tap Reactivate custom URL and confirm. Your custom URL will immediately become active again.
Can I change my custom URL instead of deactivating?
Custom URLs cannot be changed once set. If your current handle no longer works for you, deactivating is the only option — but your handle will always be available to reactivate.
