Your WorkScore is most powerful when the right people see it. Sharing it early in the hiring process gives recruiters and hiring managers verified performance context before your first conversation — so you walk in with credibility already established.
How to share your WorkScore
From your My WorkScore page, tap Share. This gives you two options:
- Standard URL — your unique WorkScore link, available as soon as your score is unlocked. Copy and send it directly.
- Custom URL — a shorter, personalized link you can create for cleaner sharing. Ideal for adding to your resume, LinkedIn profile, or email signature.
When to share
Recruiters and hiring managers tell us WorkScore is most valuable at the top of the funnel — when they’re evaluating candidates before interviews. Don’t wait until you’re deep in a process. Share your WorkScore early:
- In your initial outreach to a recruiter
- In your application where there’s an open field
- In your first email response to an interview request
- On your resume as a link
What they’ll see
When someone opens your WorkScore link they’ll see your WorkScore, your average rating, your number of ratings, and your work history — everything they need to understand what your score represents and which experiences it’s based on. No login required.
Why it works
A resume tells recruiters what you’ve done. Your WorkScore tells them how the people around you experienced working with you. Sharing both gives recruiters a more complete picture than a resume alone ever could.
