What does my percentile ranking mean?

Your percentile ranking shows where your WorkScore stands relative to other verified professionals on the platform. A percentile ranking in the top 20%, for example, means your WorkScore is higher than 80% of all professionals with a qualifying score.

When does it appear?

Percentile rankings are coming soon. WorkScore already has a large and growing community of verified professionals — rankings will go live once we have enough qualifying scores to make the comparison statistically meaningful.

Where it appears

Your percentile ranking will be visible on your shared WorkScore link — so when you share your score with a recruiter or hiring manager, they'll be able to see not just your score but how it compares to the broader professional population.

Why it matters

A WorkScore of 75 is meaningful on its own. Knowing that it places you in the top 20% of verified professionals makes it actionable — giving recruiters and hiring managers immediate context without any additional explanation needed.
