Badges reflect the depth and credibility of your WorkScore. There are two badge tracks — one for the ratings you receive, and one for the ratings you give.
Reputation Badge
Your Reputation Badge shows how reliable your WorkScore is. The more coworkers who have rated you, the more confidence anyone viewing your score can have in what it represents.
Reputation Badge levels:
- Getting Started — 5 ratings received
- Peer Verified — 10 ratings received
- Well-Established — 25 ratings received
- Community Verified — 50 ratings received
- Widely Recognized — 100 ratings received
Contributor Badge
Your Contributor Badge reflects your participation in the WorkScore community. The more coworkers you rate, the higher your contribution level.
Contributor Badge levels:
- Early Contributor — 5 coworkers rated
- Active Rater — 10 coworkers rated
- Community Builder — 25 coworkers rated
- Trusted Evaluator — 50 coworkers rated
- Super Contributor — 100 coworkers rated
What badges do for you
Badges are a credibility signal — for anyone viewing your shared WorkScore, they provide context on how established your score is and how actively you contribute to the platform. They don't unlock features or confer any functional benefit beyond that recognition.
