How do I rate a coworker?

Rating a coworker on WorkScore is simple and takes just a few seconds.

The rating flow

Find a coworker in your WorkScore circle — either from your suggested coworkers or by searching by name — and tap to rate them. You'll be asked to rate their overall performance on a scale of 0 to 10. That's it.

After submitting, WorkScore automatically surfaces your next recommended coworker so you can keep going without any extra navigation. Rate as many or as few as you'd like in one sitting.

Not ready to rate someone?

You can tap Skip on any coworker you'd rather not rate right now. That person will be deprioritized in your suggested coworkers — but if you change your mind later, you can always find them by searching their name.

What you're rating

Ratings reflect overall professional performance — how you'd assess this person based on your direct experience working with them. Be honest. The value of WorkScore depends on ratings that reflect genuine firsthand experience.

What about coworkers not on WorkScore?

If a coworker isn't in your WorkScore circle, head to the Request Ratings page and tap Can't find them? to send them a personal link directly.

Coming soon

In addition to overall performance, WorkScore will introduce ratings for specific professional competencies over time — giving your score more depth and nuance.
