You can rate any verified coworker — anyone whose work history overlaps with yours at the same company, based on the experience data in WorkScore profiles.
Who shows up in your rating queue
WorkScore surfaces the coworkers you most likely worked closely with — prioritizing people based on title similarity, team, how long you overlapped, how recently you worked together, and location. You can also search by name for any verified coworker at any time.
One rating per coworker
You can rate each coworker once. This applies regardless of how many companies you've worked at together — if your paths crossed at multiple employers, you still submit a single rating that reflects your overall experience working with them.
No limit on who you rate
There's no cap on the number of coworkers you can rate. The more colleagues you rate, the more you contribute to the network — and the sooner your own WorkScore becomes visible. Rating coworkers also unlocks badges and features within WorkScore as you go.
