A verified coworker is someone whose work history overlaps with yours at the same company — based on the experience data in WorkScore profiles. If your tenures overlap at all, that person is eligible to rate you and you are eligible to rate them.
There is no minimum time requirement. Verification is determined by the data, not by either party.
How WorkScore surfaces your coworker circle
WorkScore's algorithm prioritizes the people you most likely worked closely with. It weighs five factors:
- Title similarity — how closely your roles align
- Team — inferred from your job titles, to identify likely teammates
- Duration — how long your tenures overlapped
- Recency — how recently you worked together
- Location — whether you were based in the same place
The result is a coworker list that surfaces the most relevant people first — colleagues who can speak to your work with real firsthand experience.
Looking for someone specific?
You can search by name for any verified coworker at any time. The suggestions algorithm determines the default order — it doesn't limit who you can find.
