Individual ratings can't be disputed or removed by users — and this is intentional. The integrity of WorkScore depends on ratings reflecting genuine professional opinions, even when those opinions are unfavorable.
What you can do
If you believe a rating was submitted in bad faith — for example, by someone acting maliciously or outside the spirit of the platform — you can flag it using the Report a Concern button on your WorkScore page. Describe the issue and our team will review it.
Note that Report a Concern isn't tied to a specific rating. It's a direct line to our team for any situation where you feel something isn't right.
What happens after you report
Our team will review your concern. In cases where a user is found to be acting in clear bad faith, we reserve the right to remove ratings associated with that activity. We don't publish specific criteria for what constitutes bad faith — this allows us to act on the full context of each situation.
A note on low ratings
A rating that simply reflects a coworker's honest opinion — even a low one — isn't something we'd remove. WorkScore is built on the premise that verified, unfiltered feedback is more valuable than a curated score. A lower rating from one coworker, in context with others, is part of what makes your score credible.
