Your WorkScore is private by default. The only way anyone can view your score is if you share your WorkScore link with them — either your standard URL or your custom URL if you’ve created one.
What sharing means
When you share your link, the recipient can view your WorkScore, average rating, number of ratings, percentile ranking (once available), and the work experience your score is based on. They cannot see individual ratings, mutual companies, or rating dates. No login required — anyone with your link can view it.
Forwarded links
If you share your link with someone, they may share it further — for example, a recruiter passing it along to a hiring manager. WorkScore can’t control downstream sharing of a link you’ve chosen to distribute. Share your link with people you trust to use it appropriately.
WorkScore staff
WorkScore staff can access account information for support and trust & safety purposes, but cannot see individual ratings tied to specific raters. Your rating feed details remain private.
