WorkScore is currently invite-only — so if you're here, a coworker personally chose to bring you in. They want you to be part of building their verified professional reputation, and you're getting early access before WorkScore opens to the public.
What WorkScore is
WorkScore is a verified professional reputation platform. Coworkers rate one another anonymously on a 0–10 scale, and those ratings are aggregated into a portable 0–100 score that follows each professional throughout their career.
When your coworker invited you, they were asking you to rate them — and joining means you'll have a WorkScore of your own, built from the coworkers you invite and the ratings you receive.
What happens when you accept
Tap the invite link and you'll land on your coworker's WorkScore profile. Sign in with LinkedIn and WorkScore will find your existing profile — built from publicly available professional data — and walk you through a quick confirmation. The whole process takes a minute or two.
Once you're set up, you'll be able to rate your coworker and explore your own verified coworker network.
Your rating is anonymous
The coworker who invited you will never know whether you rated them or not. WorkScore is built on the principle that honest feedback requires genuine anonymity.
Is WorkScore free?
Yes — completely free for professionals.
